Who We Are

• SEPCS is a multidisciplinary society for those who care for infants, children, and adolescents with congenital and acquired cardiovascular problems.

• Our members are healthcare professionals affiliated with seventeen different leading pediatric cardiovascular centers throughout the southeastern United States, as well as other locations in the U.S.
  

• SEPCS members include nurses, mid-level practitioners (NP's and PA's), respiratory therapists, cardiac cath lab staff, echosonographers, cardiopulmonary bypass perfusionists, physical therapists, genetic specialists, and child life specialists who work with cardiac children.

• SEPCS includes healthcare professionals in cardiac intensive care units, operating rooms, stepdown units, pediatric units, echo labs, cardiac cath labs, holter/pacer clinics, and outpatient clinics among its members.

• SEPCS provides networking opportunities among colleagues, an avenue for collaboration on educational and/or research projects, as well as annual continuing education for members.
